Happy Pride Month!

June is Pride Month! This month celebrates diversity, inclusion, and the positive impact LGBTQ+ individuals have had in the world through a variety of parades, festivals, concerts, workshops and other events.

I am proud to be associated with a brand that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusivity. RE/MAX® is a member of the Business Coalition for the Equality Act, a group of leading brands in support of The Equality Act. This Act prohibits discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation in employment, public accommodations, public education, federal funding, credit, the jury system and housing.

RE/MAX also works to make the dream of homeownership achievable for everyone by partnering with the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP), one of the largest LGBTQ+ trade organizations in the U.S. NAGLREP advocates for housing laws that protect the LGBTQ+ community. Promoting fair housing laws for all, regardless of sexual orientation, is important to RE/MAX — and to me.
